That One Post That Wasn’t About Yoga at All … or Maybe it Was

Let’s get right to the point: I’m taking a sabbatical. Yep, for the entire month of April 2014 + the beginning weeks of May 2014, I won’t be posting any new content.

You might be thinking, “What … Why? You were just starting to blog all about Yoga + now you’re leaving!?” Take a deep breath – I’m not leaving, just taking a break.

That One Post That Wasn’t About Yoga at All … or Maybe it Was

You might remember when I posted about my husband’s deployment, which in-turn meant that I was moving from California back to Connecticut. As you can imagine, preparing to spend the next year without my husband + planning my 4th cross-country move in only 2 months creates quite a to-do list. In addition to a full-time gig with one of the coolest ladies on the planet, I do still need to find time to sleep + eat.

I’m the type of person that enjoys many different things (often called being multipassionate), but that also means that I tend to take on too many things at once + get overwhelmed. I haven’t reached that point yet, but I can feel it coming, so this time I’m going to hit the brakes before crashing.

This blog has seen many incarnations over the years + it’s my home on the World Wide Web (does anyone still say that anymore?). During my time off, I’ll also be cultivating, brainstorming, + planning what I’ll be offering YOU over the next 2 years. Yeah, big stuff!
