Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you: my husband – you may remember his hands & lips from Day 030.

He doesn’t fancy having his picture taken. Oddly enough, after a monthly 5-hour workout with other Marine recruits, he said, “Hey, I could be your picture for today.” Um … OKAY! This particular shot reminds me of Clint Eastwood or James Dean in the 1950s. If he looks this way now, I can only imagine what he’ll be like once he returns from boot camp …

What do mini peanut butter sandwiches have to do with Valentine’s Day? Not a damn thing. They are quite tasty though. In a nod to the holiday (which I will be celebrating this evening with the hubby), I used a red towel as the background in the photo.
